Q: Do you offer cash on delivery as a payment option?
A: Yes, we do offer cash on delivery as a payment option for customers in India. However, please note that any customised products or international delivery will require online payment.
Q: Can I place an order from outside of India?
A: Yes, we do offer international delivery. We recommend checking your pincode with us first to ensure that we can ship to your location. Please note that international delivery may take up to 20-30 days in rare cases.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 7-day refund policy for our non-customised products. Customised products are not applicable for return.
Q: Are there any additional charges for shipping?
A: All pre-paid order are applicable for free shipping. A small fee of 50 INR is applicable for COD orders.
